I hate to edit my previous review but people need to be advised. I've been with this bank for over a year. I checked my savings and checking via the app after my direct deposit. My available balance was lowered in both. I called to figure out why. They told me they put a hold on an amount of funds from a closed account 9 years ago. First of all if that was the case why not tell me when I reopened a new account? They also couldn't provide any proof of this so called outstanding balance.
