Ms. Shay was incredibly helpful and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met when it comes to banking services. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her professionalism and warm attitude. Excellent customer service!
It took awhile to get acknowledged and there was only one person up front sitting at a desk. I felt ignored by waiting at the counter for help. I can't imagine only having one person at peak hours. I have been with this bank for over 20 years and my overdraft protection is only $50 dollars. They said it's based on the deposits I make. I don't make large deposits because they may put the money in the wrong account. 20 years does not mean anything to them. My overdraft is still only $50.
Love the people in this Walmart branch location. Super nice, friendly, and professional. They make you feel like family!
