Over the last two days I had the absolute worst customer service I ever received at this branch. I am with CNB for many years now and this was the first time I considered switching banks. At first I felt completely ignored by Julian (tried to contact in person twice and emailed)to that point I called customer service. When they tried to connect me with him over the phone he was again too busy to talk to me. A call back was requested. I never received the call back but he did respond to my email.
