i love love love my crew at this location, Always super helpful always kind greet me with a smile. This is by far the best experience ive had with a bank from the Manager on down everybody does an amazing job and i always look forward to seeing them. If you walk in and see the smiling faces of the ladies here you are in the right place
I can’t say I have confidence in this bank. They opened my account and since I didn’t use it they closed it - no communication. Then try to say it was because my ID wasn’t on file, however I opened this account in person and for sure showed my ID to these amateurs
Maria Pena was super helpful in getting me set up with a checking account. Maria was so informative and understood my needs getting me in and out with nothing I didn't need. I would highly recommend this bank of you need a new account they were able to set it up and cut me a card in the same day. If you go to the location at the Walmart on memorial be sure to ask for Maria Pena.
Excellent, fast, and friendly. Very professional and efficient handled a dispute transaction with ease. Despite the unhelpful efforts from customer service. Both Marias and Daisy are who I would go to reliable service any day!
