Great customer service and Michaela was super friendly
I called Customer Service to ask about cashing a check. I have an account and have for almost 5 years with no trouble whatsoever. My mother in law sent a check meant for buying Christmas presents for our children and wrote the check in my husbands name. She always writes the checks in my name. The services assistant advised that all we had to do was make sure my husband was there in person so we could cash the check and it may take up to 7% of the check to cash it since my husbands name is not on the account.
