Great Service yesterday at this branch. At the other branches they alway allocate my funds to the wrong account or they can't find me. That's why I don't deposit more money in city national Bank. Someone else is getting my money or doesn't get deposited correctly. I don't need more accounts. I need you to hold your employees accountable.

I had a very disappointing experience with City National Bank. My account was closed after I declined to provide the level of itemized detail they were requesting about a payment account/transaction. I understand banks have compliance policies, but the way the situation was handled felt excessive and unfair from a customer standpoint.
