Wish there was a negative option. Terrible experience with this bank. I'm a truck driver and it is hard for me to get to any locations to cancel. If I could I would. And they keep your money from you. If you are out of town and your card is declined with money in your account, they refuse access... Worst experience I have ever had

I needed a local bank in Tulsa that would allow me to do instant transfers. My regular banking is done through a cash management/brokerage account. I opened it in late 2024. Within the first 30 days, I knew opening an account here was a bad idea. They will fee you for everything. Due to recent upgrades on my other accounts, I no longer need this one. Thankfully. Closed, and paid off all accumulated fees.
