Literally the worst banks ever! Do not bank here! Been here for years and they treat you so bad. Also you can see them moving your money around over night and changing the amount in your account. Just watch. Log in every hour and see.Has to be fake reviews on these pages.

Used the City Bank inside the Walmart in Mustang and the teller was the rudest person that I've ever encountered in a bank. They forgot to give my wife's ID back and when we returned for it the teller started that there was nothing they could do about it as "we're off the clock. ". Now we have to return tomorrow after work and see if we can get her driver's license back.
SENIORS AVOID THIS BANK If you have been a victim of fraudulent activity the bank won’t help. They will give you the run around and then tell you no. Please report your concerns to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau @ www.consumerfinance.gov
Over a 40 minute wait when branch is not busy. People behind me left because employees would rather gossip and visit then do their job. This branch has really gone down hill. Maybe more training is needed or new employees either way CNB you need to fix this. October 3 arrived 10:40 AM still waiting for a simple deposit at 11:24 AM.
