Amazing customer service
I got these done for Prom. The service was great and the nails I got done are very beautiful and well done! I also got a pedicure, which was very relaxing!
The past like 3 times I’ve come it’s been a disaster! Nails have been different shapes, with scuffs, and don’t last very long. This past Saturday I was somehow talked into getting gel-x and ended up paying $100 after tip. I was opening a door today and the tip completely cracked off so I come in today for a fix. I waited about 30 minutes just for my nail to start be fixed, granted they were busy. My fixed nail ended up being a whole different shade because she told me they didn’t have time to find the correct color match…. N... read more
