Ben did AMAZING on my nails today. He was fast, but so detailed and precise. I usually come with a friend, but today i went alone and was nervous because i hate awkward silence but i asked him about his life and we talked about our families. just a PSA, because i think sometimes people forget, these folks are humans trying to earn a living. Ask the about their lives, you can visibly see a difference in how they interact with you when you talk to them as another human, rather than some slave working for you.
