Had a great experience today with Hanna . It was my first time there so being reluctant , initially I came in for just a pedicure but her service was so solid I left with a pedi , mani & my eyebrows done . She is kind , thoughtful & did a great job. I don’t like to talk during my services & she respected that but still was informative when necessary.. Will definitely be back soon. That’s my girl lol . She got me together. . Thanks Hanna :)
This is the third time I have gone for a Pedicure. The first two were excellent. This mornings was the worst. The Tech didn't speak, rushed thru the procedure and then said finished. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I will not go to her again.
Loved this place until today when I got possibly the worst pedicure of my life. It took close to an hour and fifteen minutes for a basic pedicure. On my left foot, my large toe is filed slanted and painted on my skin with two other nails half painted. On my right foot, three nails have paint on the skin and two nails are half painted even after one the woman re-did. Was charged full price regardless of mentioning the issues and pointing them out. Terrible service. Bruised my cuticles and rude nail tech. Please is always empty for a reason
