Zero hygiene, no gloves. Instruments are not sterile. Autoclave sterilization packages are sealed, and there are no Class IV tests. Disgusting.

Rude to a customer who was an older lady, calling her “woman” and being passive agressive
City Nails & Spa I moved here from NY. Have been to almost every single nail place here in Palm Coast and none of them have compared to City Nail & Spa. Small place , family run and owned. But Hanh the owner is the only one who does nails, and only by appointment. But well worth waiting for. I assure you , that you will love the work she does. Her mom does the pedicures she is fabulous she as well as her brother. Give them a try , you won’t regret it.
