I got my eyebrows done and was extremely disappointed, especially in comparison to the reviews posted. The service was completely rushed and my eyebrows were left completely uneven and look unprofessionally cut!
Long time customer of this location. Most of the original staff has moved to other locations. I called to make an appointment today for 11:30 I asked specifically for Tom for my pedicure and was told that he would be available and my original nail tech now works at City 3. I was perfectly fine with going with another person to do my nails. I got a call back five minutes later asking, if I could I come at 11:15.
