I have visited here for the second time from Boston. My sister and I have found our favorite nail spa. City Nails Somerville is the best place for full nail spa services.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over three years, always seeing the same nail tech and receiving consistent service. However, a recent experience left me extremely disappointed, and I feel it’s important to speak up. On this particular visit, while I was in the middle of getting my nails done, the owner abruptly pulled my nail tech away to begin a full set on another client leaving me sitting with bare nails for 45 minutes.
