My appointment was on Thursday at 4 for a French tip …mind u the owner is doing my nails . I came she told me to wait and I did , it was 4:10 I think and she called me up , I showed what I wanted and the whole service just felt so rushed my nails are DEFINITELY NOT even . I typically don’t go to City Nails, but over the past few months I have been coming here more often because driving out to Providence has become a hassle, especially during the day with kids and traffic. To be fair, some of the nail techs do a good job on hands but it’s inconsistent. Not everyone provides the same level of quality. You ask for one thing, and they do another. The nails turned out ugly—too short and poorly painted. To top it all off, the technician took over two hours, and the nails ended up looking horrible: badly done and badly painted.
