After reading other reviews and include my experience, I realize that these people just aren't good at what they do. I was asked what i wanted right away, but left standing at the counter, until someone else again asked me what i wanted then took me to wait. After waiting too long, I was taken into an uncomfortable little room and had my eyebrows almost ruined. She did a terrible job and all I wanted was a clean up . No shaping or anything. I went to City Nail for a solar set. Though I'm happy with how my nails turned out, I wouldn't go back there. I'm not quite sure how clean this place is and as I sat there I realized only one cosmetology license was displayed and there were at least three employees. The man who did my nails was very rough. He drew blood in three different places. So, if you get a solar set here, they'll look nice enough, but you can expect sore fingertips for a few days.

Service is fast and very polite. Nail techs do a great job with pedicures and full sets. Tony is excellent with eyelashes, eyebrows and nail designs!!! Best nail shop in Killeen!

Ok I didn't want to give this place 1 star but thats the lowest you can go. They actually pulled a bait and switch on me. I sat down thinking I was going to get an american manicure, and the lady tried to put a french white tip on instead. now by this time i had already paid in advance so i wouldnt mess up my nails and i told her i didnt want a french manicure but an american. i was then told that they didnt have that color white because they were sold out but they wouldnt give my money back for either the difference in cost... read more
