I went to city nails against my better judgment and got played. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and she said ok... when she was done I was like this doesn't look like what I showed you... she said oh yeah we don't have that color. I'm not going there again. I wish I could show what I got stuck with

My wife and I have been regular customers at this salon, but unfortunately, we had a highly disappointing experience today due to a severe lack of professionalism and care from one of the employees. The salon was busy, and my wife was attended to by a technician with the initials J.S. for a manicure and pedicure. The technician rushed through the pedicure in less than 10 minutes in an incredibly clumsy manner. When she moved on to the manicure, she was so rushed and careless that she actually hurt my wife, breaking her nail.... read more
