My wife and I have been regular customers at this salon, but unfortunately, we had a highly disappointing experience today due to a severe lack of professionalism and care from one of the employees. The salon was busy, and my wife was attended to by a technician with the initials J.S. for a manicure and pedicure. The technician rushed through the pedicure in less than 10 minutes in an incredibly clumsy manner. This place lacks professionalism. One worker was rude to my mom and was really rough when filing her nails.
Please don't come here they use MMA monomer which they are not allowed to use and damages your nails etc. If I could wouldn't put a star at all
The lady who did my nails was very kind in the beginning. She listened to what I had to say and then when she started my nails, she rushed them. It took her exactly 8 minutes to do all my no-chip nails. All the nails were uneven and looked clumpy. When I confronted her about it, she began to complain that nothing was wrong and then when I requested just to have them all removed, she yelled really loudly “no refund for you if I remove them”.
