The owner was friendly. However, my overall experience was not pleasant. First of all, the establishment is old and dated, which I’m ok with for the most part. It was just cluttered and the bathroom, with peeling linoleum, was dirty. (FYI, you can’t flush toilet paper or anything). However, my biggest issue was with the technician. Went for manicure, pedicure and acrylic nails. The pedicure was barely 5 mins and my feet barely got dipped in the water. The acrylic broke and completely came off like a press on nail in 8 days! She left a space between my skin and nails I only assume to be forced to get a refill soon. The shape of my nails was not smooth and was so thick. She refused to fix my nails although she confirmed that it would last for 3 to 4 weeks before a refill and wanted to charge me for a new set! Got my nails done there many years ago. The bf an I were heading out of town for weekend getaway. The nice man that did my nails told me, that my bf will definitely propose with these nails! I chuckled at the thought... but here we are! Married 5 yrs now! Not saying the nails were magic or the man was psychic, but he was not wrong! 😊❤️💍👍

Went to have acrylic nails removed and instead of soaking nails in acetone first she used a nail to left them and ripped index finger nail and made it bleed
