I went in, and I asked for a manicure. It was a man in the store and he was the ONLY person there, He started doing fake nails and I said no I just wanted a manicure. He called me. The B word told me I was gonna pay kept yelling at me. “You pay you pay “ “you pay and leave” He had me pay him $40 for nothing. He literally did nothing but start filing down the surface on my nails when all I asked for was a manicure. I paid him and left because he was getting violent

I have been going here for about three years and to write this I had to delete my old five star. I don’t know what it is but recently it’s just gotten so bad. I have left with nails facing almost side ways, with nails gapping away from my natural nail so bad I could fit a nail inbetween, I have gotten my request ignored (color, length, chrome) which is wild because I am paying for this.
