I am completely changing my review now and am so disappointed. Each time I’ve gotten my nails done I’ve had to go back in a day or two to get them repaired but they were always so nice I let it slide. This last time I had to go in 2 days later for two that were coming off already and I was told “I need to be more careful” “I’m not putting my hands under the light correctly” now I am 10 days later and 8 of them are completely fallen off…it looks like there is some kind of green discoloration under one which is concerning. Went here Sunday for the high end pedicure $80 and a deluxe manicure $40 the pedicure was supposed to be for 60 minutes. He finished in 40 and didn’t do cuticles very well nor heels. No exfoliating scrub was used on legs and feet. The manicure was done about the same. They were very busy but this was a lot of money to spend for him to be done with both services in an hour and 15 minutes. Will probably not be returning. I’ve given them a few chances.
The young lady at table 10 did an awesome job fixing what that other shop in Portsmouth jacked up‼️ I’ll most definitely be back
This was my first time going to city nail spa nd when I tell u she ate down she ate down down it was a great experience definitely coming again.
