I did a walk in requesting a gel manicure take down and a regular manicure with regular (not gel) polish. I ultimately paid, walked out, and went to the nearest grocery store to get supplies remove the poorly applied new polish and do my nails myself. Manicurists were dismissive and rude.
Finally a place priced excellent , and YES they do a basic mens pedicure and a buff shine. Very simple in an out
The one stat is not about the service i received from the technician but the back and forth that I guess is the owner of the shop kept giving me not 9nce but twice for a $30 gift card my daughter purchased for my birthday that I could not use a few months ago and again today after the owner told me to have her come back in and she would fix the issue. I am guessing the issue was not fixed and they are not honoring the gift card. I have been coming to this shop for more than a year. TODAY THEY LOST A CUSTOMER...word of advice... read more
