I had a very disappointing experience at **City Nails**. I paid for a **deluxe pedicure**, but I did not receive the full service I paid for. The paraffin wax treatment was never provided, and the towels weren't even hot. My cat eye polish look like regular glitter polish because she didn't know how to do it. The worst part of my visit was the hot stone treatment. The stone was so hot that it appeared to be burning **Sanaa's** hand while she was holding it, yet she still placed it directly on my leg.
