Great local store with friendly staff. Always willing to help. Makes you feel at home with all your home improvement needs.
Rude staff, horrible return policy refuses to return unopened items using a picture of the receipt taken or to look up on the credit card used to confirm. This is by design, I always try to support local, but it’s games like this that I sometimes regret it. Hopefully this company will stop paying games or Home Depot will put this company out of business soon.
As I was looking for the item I need, I noticed they are out. A floor employee approached me and I asked if they have anymore and said no more. She said everyone wants the item I was looking ( it was those thin Plywood use for crafts, I need 2x2 but they have 2x4 on the floor)then she said I can have the next size and have them cut to the size I need and pay for what I will be taking.
