An outstanding retail experience I had an outstanding retail experience with the team at City Mattress.
Great selection; beware of return policy We purchased a "tempurpedic" mattress from City Mattress recently, and realized after getting it home that it just wasn't right for us. Unfortunately, you need to wait 90 days before they'll take it back. I understand why they do that (so you give the mattress a chance) but it's not really clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Other than that, they had great sales staff and a great selection. We were very happy with the mattress that we purchased in the end.
Mattress My first experience purchasing a mattress here was great. I was purchasing a mattress for my teenage son. The salesman really took the time with my son to find him a mattress that would accomodate him. He had him try several and took into consideration he is still growing. They were very reasonable in price. We will definitely buy our next mattress here.
