I will visit their location again I was recently purchased a queen Simmons bed from their North Palm Beach location. I’m very pleased with my mattress set. The sales associate that assisted me was outstanding. She was courteous and very attentive. I will visit their location again for future business.
An outstanding retail experience I had an outstanding retail experience with the team at City Mattress. They listened to my needs and told me what headboards were available for quick delivery in my price range. I was able to call back that evening - 10 minutes before closing - and they were more than happy to take my order over the phone and schedule me for delivery the next day. They Have High Quality Bedding That's about the only nice thing I can say, and the only reason I gave them 2 Stars. The salesperson was nice enough, and we still have the bed after 7 years, and it's still in good shape. But the delivery people were rude, wouldn't take the bed upstairs, and refused to remove the old bedding, even though the salesperson promised us they would. Eventually, after 3 phone calls to the salesperson, and much arguing, we did get the old bedding removed, but we had to move the bed upstairs ourselves.... read more
I finally found the very best! I purchased a twin mattress & spring from City Mattress last month and Ive been very pleased. I looked everywhere and became very disappointed thinking Id never find what I needed.
