I bought a $3,000 Prana Mattress a few weeks ago. My biggest concern when looking for a new mattress was dips in it. Well, my brand new bed already has impressions in it where I lay and when I move toward the edges of the bed, I feel like I'm climbing uphill. City Mattress had a man come out to inspect the bed because the delivery man dropped it on its corner outside my front door. The delivery was not only on time, it was actually a couple of hours earlier and four days earlier than what we originally expected.The young men that delivered took care of everything were very neat and didn't damage our furniture.So we greatly appreciated their work and we really like our mattresses of that
