On a dear friend's recommendation, I went to City Mattress to get a new mattress and bed frame for my new home in the North Towns. Before moving here, my intention was to go to a national chain because I figured something more regional would be more expensive. Tim helped me out. He was incredibly helpful without being pushy. City Mattress has outstanding products. Nothing beats the prana mattress for great sleep. We just purchased 4 pillows for our prana mattress. Our salesman Keith was extremely helpful. You get great products and great service here. Prices are high but it is worth it.

We had a great experience at City Mattress on Transit Road in Williamsville. Tim, the manager was very polite, helpful, engaging and a Pleasure to work with. He understood our needs quickly and made excellent suggestions on which mattress to buy. We can not wait to have it delivered!
