One of the most unsatisfactory pharmacy experiences I have encountered was at a particular establishment. While not all staff members were unhelpful, dismissive, or rude, the majority were. As a frequent traveler for work, I am required to collect my monthly medication, which has led me to encounter a wide variety of pharmacy’s. The team at North City Market is awesome! I want to give particular kudos to Morgan. I stepped on a rusty nail and needed a tetanus shot! I called the pharmacy and Morgan was so informative and helpful. Morgan walked me through the process step by step and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Morgan even took the time to give my daughter stickers, so sweet!! Thanks for making my day a little brighter!

Lately there have been long waiting lines when picking up prescriptions even when 5 people were working in the Pharmacy. on one particular day one of the gals was typing in the office and she stuck her head out of the office to ask the Pharmacist (not Karen) if she should stop typing and wait on the line of people waiting to pick up their prescriptions. The pharmacist said "no, keep typing". We all heard her! Paying a caregiver just to be able to leave my house as others do I'm sure, that was beyond rude to all of us waiting... read more
No idea why these guys don't have more stars. I think people just get PO'd and write one-star reviews and maybe people who have a good experience just don't. Whatever the case, these folks are consistently really wonderful. I just called, it's 30 minutes before closing, and I'm having an asthma attack and I've run out of albuterol. They filled it and had it ready in 15 minutes. **chef kiss** Seriously a great team.
