After two long weeks of searching for an apartment and meeting many shady and unreliable brokers, I set up appointment with CITY LUXURY. The broker, Ross, was at the building (not on some street corner) before I got there and was excited to show me a few units. My wife and I recently rented our new place in the UWS all thanks to Ross. He was extremely helpful, always available to answer any questions. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat.
I had a horrible experience with his realtor named Michelle Mota, and would not recommend her to anyone. I put a review here explaining my experience and was contacted by him the next day. He apologized and said that the realtor would be dealt with but had no reasoning behind her behavior. He offered a gift card if I were to change my review and say that he contacted me.
