Never Got back to my emails / calls regarding submittals for a project. Then when I follow up, nothing was done at all and they tell me to wait 2 more weeks even though my deadline is in 1 week. I always hate calling this place because of one individual who is always in such a bad mood. Our company will never be associated with city doors ever again.
Lady plays too many games on the phone and is rude and didn’t have anyone call me back as promised I’m giving one more star because I had to call back and someone else picked up and was more helpful. Improve this business! Or it will won’t prosper
