The salon itself seemed nice enough. But my stylist, Tracy, ruined my hair as I knew it. I wanted a little length cut off. I wanted it below my shoulders and able to put up in a ponytail. Tracy told me to find a picture of what I wanted so as I searched the Web for a picture she began to cut. WAY MORE than I EVER even as much as suggested I wanted. And I am devastated. This was my 2nd haircut of my life (I'm 33), the rest were just trims. I have two babies under two and needed to keep my hair in a ponytail a lot of the time.... read more
I love the City looks location and service. The staff is friendly and courteous.
City Looks Salon is by far one of the nicest salons I've been in! Rachel greeted me immediately and could fit me in right then and there! Not only that she was very reasonably priced and apparently is the only person who can understand what I want! I will never go anywhere else again!!
I am so glad I finally found a good place to get my hair cut in the city. Rachel did a great job and I will deffinately be back again.
