We bought a 2003 Jetta in July and were promised a new radio and also asked for current inspection. They said it would be installed by the time we picked up the car. The radio did not come in so we were told they would let us know when it arrived. Never got called back so we had to keep calling and checking in. After 3 attempts we got the call it was installed so my daughter went to get the car and had to wait 1 1/2 hrs until it was finished. Radio works! I bought a 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche in mid Feb. When I bought it I asked them to get a fresh state inspection on it. The salesman said sure no problem. I picked the truck up a day or 2 later and and noticed that the front tires had some excessive wear on the inside edge. I should have said something right then but I figured the tires were ok, after all they just had it inspected. 45 days later and less than 3000 miles it cost me $966.28 to replace ball joints and two tires.
