you have been warned...you will be disappointed with this company. they do no show up and when we called to find out where they were, they said they were broken down on the side of the road. this is the same excuse i've seen used in multiple other review for this company so it looks like they pull this scam with a lot of people. they said they would return the money, but when i disputed with my bank, the bank saidcity limo is fighting to keep the money. they neer showed up! please don't let this company scam you too!
Do NOT use. Booked a limo, paid in full for a concert which was a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and myself (we share a birthday). The limo was a no show!!! I was unable to reach anyone by phone and have not received a call back either. DO NOT USE!!!! think it's a scam for sure.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He doesn't even own a limo. He has a regular Toyota. It is a shell company. He takes your money and never shows up. Thank goodness I didn't book it for anything important like a wedding! Shawn takes your money and will not call you back.
Worse service EVER!! I rented for our wedding explained to them AC was a necessity and they show up and it is not working! The limo still had empty mini liquor bottles and needles. The entrance to the limo smelt like someone had pooped or threw up. Shawn is a scam artist and when I called he said it was 90 degrees in a black car, seriously if it is 90 degrees the AC should work just fine if it is maintained correctly.
