We had an appointment at 3:00 but didn’t get helped until 4:15. The tattoo artist came out with the transfer for approval. We didn’t like it and asked for it to be adjusted in size. He began to get very agitated. He did not seem interested in making it what we wanted. We no longer felt comfortable so we left. It was not a great experience and I wanted my friend’s first tattoo to be a fun time. Very disappointing.

awesome work but the male tattoo artist tend to be rude. no one wants a rude person doing a tatt. you want to feel comfortable!!!!
I drove 2 hours for a tattoo to be over-priced when I emailed the tattoo I wanted and asked for prices the day prior to my appointment.....I have well over 20 tattoos and I’ve never experienced anything like it....my aunt got 3 flowers on her thigh for 200 I asked for the same and was told 550.....Scott likes to over charge people and he’s not personable.
Great customer service and I feel comfortable with their service!
My first piercing other than my ears. 😝 Adam did a great job and he made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves.
Sara Kennedy is an outstanding artist and the facility is undergoing renovations to be the best in the commonwealth
