Was beyond excited to check out and test drive with my boyfriend one of the cars at this location. We walked up to a lady practically glaring, no smile. When she asked what she could help us with and we told her, the response was, “Well, we need your ID first.” The whole point of a buying a car at a dealership is being met with a friendly professional salesman.
