Too overpriced in a rough ghetto neighborhood ! The looney witch in BLDG 19 with a stinky dog feels she’s in a luxury community already. Typical bums in Vegas. The only thing nice here are the two tall gates, that’s it.
These apartments are not safe. They’re in a rough area. The price is pretty insane for what you get. Don’t recommend.
The front gate needed to be fixed ASAP on Friday March.25,22. It is still not fixed it's a security issue and a fire hazard.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I can not possibly express this enough. I asked for an exterminator over 25 times and it took 3 months to get one. I finally just moved out before they fixed it and am taking them to court
750 pet fee? What an absolute joke.
