My husband and I went for dinner last night. I told our waiter I needed to eat gluten free and dairy free. I asked if he had suggestions of menu items that would meet my dietary requirements. He did not, so I asked about 2 dishes I was fairly certain could be modified. I ended up ordering blackened catfish with potatoes and green beans. The beans came out with butter all over them. Stop in to get a piece of our new carrot cake! It’s served with a cream cheese frosting, caramel cream, vanilla ice cream with a garnish of candied bacon. It’s a delicious dessert to enjoy on this beautiful day!
