Absolutely unacceptable. I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. What’s the point of making appointments if they don’t follow the schedule? Patients shouldn’t have to waste their time because of poor scheduling and the receptionist is disrespectful. This is disrespectful and needs to be fixed.
We had a dental emergency with our daughter and came in without an appointment because she was complaining of a toothache. The staff welcomed us right away and made time to see her as quickly as possible. Everyone was kind, caring, and very professional. We’ve been coming to City Kids Dentistry for quite some time now with my 5-year-old son, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.
