Went in to try and get a chain fixed that was purchased less than a year ago, when I was told it’ll cost more to fix than it costed brand new. Terrible customer service and will not be coming back.

Very poor service and terrible after sales service. I purchased an expensive Seiko watch two months ago and the watch stopped twice recently. I brought it in for service and was informed that it was an automatic watch which will regularly run out of power and require frequent resetting of date and time. I had not been told this at all by the sales person at time of purchase. Visited City Jewellers for the first time today with my husband. We required a ring to be removed and to be upsized. The staff were friendly and professional and very reasonable quotes on removal and resizing. Was such a great experience and we'll be back soon.

Don't understand had a ring sized here not long ago was good experience. Went back today to have another ring sized and was quoted $ 350.00 plus tax unbelievably as it was to down sized went to another Jeweler $ 90.00
