Rating them at 0, buyer beware!!!! After being loyal customers for years, they refused to exchange a watch and accused us of wearing it when I didn’t even try it on because I don’t wear watches anymore. The watch is flawless. The watch was never worn, never tried on, and never removed from the box. We had the receipt, original packaging, but the tag was removed by their staff because it was a gift .
