I went there the first time for my sons 12th 🎈 everything was good.so I went back 2 celebrate daughter high school gruduation the food was good the drunk were oh my god.we came from Brooklyn.
Great food. Service was great also. You will not leave hungry. The owner is always there watching his staff and making sure every customer leaves happy and FULL!!!!

It was horrible. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. One of the chairs had water. We ordered drinks and they brought the salad and bread over immediately. We ordered the appetizers and main course together and the appetizer took 45min, which was only 2 orders of mussels. We finally received our mussels in dirty serveware. Then, people who surrounded us were eating their main course and we still did not eat. Horrible!!! We was sat as soon as we went in. An hour and a half later and our food was still not ready or served finally they brought it out and it wasn't what we ordered at all!!! my husband and I got sick from eating the disgusting food they gave us. Never again!!! Worst place in city island. Terrible service too.

Love this spot cause they always takin care of us...weather it's inside or outdoors, I recommend this place EXCEPT for holidays! I'm just letting everyone know now that the kitchen gets real busy,So don't be upset if you waiting for an hr or more....Even to get your appetizer might be a journey lol, so FYI mothers day and fathers days gets real busy, lucky they took care of us on that holiday though! It's been a,while since I been there. Didn't think for father's day would be so crowed! We got seated quickly. Prices were high but food good. There was some delay with drinks and food because it was Fathers Day!
