We have been going to the Lobster House for many years over 25 years. We went last night for my birthday it was a disaster. Our waiter was awful, the drinks were watered down even after ordering top shelf liquor. Our lobster bisque came out cold and our waiter gave us the explanation that they had run out of lobster bisque. We asked for more bread it eventually came towards the end of the meal. The Lobster House was great, a bit pricey but they gave you a lot of food that was really good. I watched as the waiters move from table to table making sure everyone had what they needed. Great service.

The food portions are enormous! The service is outstanding & the owners(Joe-Joe & John) are spectacular! Mad love in this place! I had such a phenomenal evening! Perfect family environment and suitable for all occasions. Did I mention that the food was "off the hook" good?!!! God bless them.
