UPDATE 2025 I have been living at City Hyde Park since 2019. There has been a rapid decline in service while a significant increase in rent. Example : our hallway carpets are filthy. I’ve reported via app no response. Sent emails with pics to property management team, still nothing. Now waiting on someone at another apt bldg to assist. Is wanting a clean common area too much to ask? I am not getting the services I am paying for. We love living at City Hyde park!
