This place should be looked at and taken down. I don't even need to share my story this time. I'm sure everyone else who comes here goes through the same type of disrespect, entitlement, discrimination, racism, and all-out complete disregard for others safety. For this hospital, it truly is just a paycheck for them. If you give birth here, one of the two may not survive. I have no confidence in this place or their nurses. And I know 4 people who work here. All of them say the same. It is not safe to go here.
After my husband and I waited in the ER for 17 hours for a bed that was supposed to be ready before we got here, they had the nerve to tell me I couldn't stay with him upstairs and I needed to go.
The emergency room at that hospital is a complete joke. I sat up here for hours I have nobody to watch my 7 year old so she had to be with me it is now 4:00 a.m. and I finally left with no results no help no anything because I got so mad sitting in exam room 2 because the doctor wanted to see me and he never came in and I sat in there listening to the night shift nurses talk about what type of camper they want and what they want for Christmas couldn't even lay down on the bed because the sheets are not changed between patien... read more
My daughter 34 yrs old went to ER on Tuesday night 8:30 with difficulty breathing one of our friends is At Ruby Memorial 36 yrs old who got Covid and is now needing a double lung transplant, my daughter was scared and upset I knew I couldn’t go in with her so I waited in my car which was ok I understand that but I did call her a couple times to check on her her phone was turned way down not to disturb anyone else.
