The physician had one of the best bedside manners I have ever experienced. He was very calming and also very comforting. The day I was there they were really busy and the staff was a bit negative due to that.

First impressions mean a lot and go a long way. There is nothing negative I want to write about First Choice Emergency Room. I only want to sing their praises! No one ever likes to be sick or injured. But if for any reason you find yourself in a medical emergency, this is the place to be seen and treated. I tore my right cornea in April and was rush to First Choice Emergency Room. The staff was wonderful! I enjoyed not having to wait to be seen. I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes. My son had sore throat & fever. He was eyeballed by a doctor & given a shot. In & out in 20 minutes. Yes he felt better. But I don't-- was billed $1300+ for "facility charge--level 4" and over $500 for "doctor evaluation & management." Be prepared to pay unreasonable amounts! Been calling for over a week & no resolutions. Warning: just go to regular ER 10 minutes away if you want to pay through the nose.

They were just incredible all around. The staff was friendly, everyone from the front desk to the RN and Dr. I feel like they truly valued my condition and really listened to what was going on with me. I left feeling a sense of relief in feeling my condition was something I could definitely change by the use of techniques they gave me. They thoroughly checked me over just for peace of mind for me and I really appreciated that so much. We will definitely use First Choice again when needed in the future!
Staff was friendly and very knowledgable. They kept us informed throughout the entire night.
I have had to use First Choice ER on several occasions. The staff is outstanding. The best part of all is how quick your seen and treated. My previous trips to the ER were at Grapevine Baylor and it took a minimum of 3 hours. My only drawback is the policy of NOT accepting Medicare. I am told that the business office is working on a solution with Medicare.
The staff was amazing! It was awesome that it felt like a real ER. The nurse I had would joke around with us. I had a good time even though I wasn't feeling well
