I have been here for 3 hours and haven’t even seen a nurse for my problem. One nurse did walk by and ask where I came from and how long I’d been here so I’m pretty sure they actually forgot I was here
This hospital should be shut down. I don't believe it's legal or even ethical to turn a 17 year old brought by ambulance away while she is under sudden cardiac arrest, sending her 19 more min away where she passed 1 min. After arriving? I have called everyday for almost 2 years to get some answers from someone, anyone just to be asked to hold and then getting hung up on. It's NOT okay. I'm currently seeking a lawyer on this case.
Terrible I’ve sat in the waiting room for 3 and half hours. Still never was taken back getting up and leaving now. Watched this room clear out twice. Horribly place. Would not recommend it at all
If I could put 0 stars I would I went to this ER 2 days ago and the doctor misdiagnosed me and prescribed me medicines that actually made me worse went to the ER in Wylie Baylor Scott white and they were great took care of me turn out I had pneumonia and the doctor at this ER said I had a viral infection in my throat and just have me something to numb my throat on top of that the doctor kept looking me up and down not listening to my systems and didn’t even do any test on me just gave me shots that I didn’t need license shou... read more
