I rated higher when I was there, but this place is an absolute joke. I received my “bill” REALLY late after it went to collections. Foreign collections, mind you. When I called them back to check the legitimacy of the call, they answered in Spanish and cussed me out. I called the facility 5 times and left 5 voicemails before finally reaching a human to pay the bill because there were no payment instructions or invoice sent (and nobody would return my calls). I have been here for 3 hours and haven’t even seen a nurse for my problem. One nurse did walk by and ask where I came from and how long I’d been here so I’m pretty sure they actually forgot I was here
This hospital should be shut down. I don't believe it's legal or even ethical to turn a 17 year old brought by ambulance away while she is under sudden cardiac arrest, sending her 19 more min away where she passed 1 min. After arriving? I have called everyday for almost 2 years to get some answers from someone, anyone just to be asked to hold and then getting hung up on. It's NOT okay. I'm currently seeking a lawyer on this case.
