Total hack job. Aleksey and his broker Paul Ross partnered with Vitalli Bosiuk (BV Carpentry) on a flip. They stripped the house to the studs and rebuilt it without permits or inspections. As a result, they caused hundreds of thousands in damages and safety issues. They even have a video detailing how to get around permits and inspections on their Instagram. Do not engage for your own safety.
Engage at your own peril. In it for a quick buck. Sidestepping permits and inspections, incorrect and faulty remodeling practices causing six figures worth of safety issues and damages.
DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS! Paul Ross and Aleksey Avramenko (with Pellego) along with Vitalii Bosiuk (BV Carpentry) partnered to flip a house that they sold to us. Paul Ross is extremely unprofessional. I would never ever work with him again. Very rude and unorganized, only cares about the money and not what the Client is looking for.
Paul and his co-workers at City Home Team did an outstanding job listing our home for sale. He kept in close contact with us and gave us updates on the all phases of the sale. Even recommended another tradesman to help me out with a repairs on another house. I would highly recommend Paul and his team and hope to do business with him again.
