A very clean, well managed building...i hope to be moving there soon.
I moved to this apartment a couple of months ago. I can confidently say this is one of the most uplifting complexes ever. Exceptional staff. Very clean and very safe place. Best place to be!
I’ve been in my apartment at CHS since they were built. I enjoy living there because of the great staff, the cleanliness of the building, 24 hour security, no smoking in the building, parking, storage area, and kindness of neighbors. The only things I disagree with is having animals because like my neighbor above, let they’re dog and child run in the house all the time instead of outdoors. Since we moved here, we love the place. very spacious, clean, washer and dryer inside the unit. The staff member and community are very nice and the maintenance are just on point every time we request any service just get done on time. Everything is here at this community ,grocery ,banks and other more stuff just a walkable distance and I do really love staying here and call it my home 🏡.
