RecommendedI’m very glad I chose City Heights as my home. Management has been extremely nice and helpful. It’s nice walking in somewhere and everyone is smiling and happy to see you. Any time I need anything they are always there to help. Amy has been wonderful for sure! I would recommend living here to anyone! Great place!

I lived here for a year and would have stayed longer if I had not bought a home. Amy always helped me with any problems I had and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. The apartments are clean and well maintained and the price is fair. Also as an added bonus, they work with people who have less than perfect credit. Thanks for the great experience :)

I don’t understand how you tell someone come back to see the apartment in a few hours it’s not in showing condition only to come black in a few hours to oh my coworker rented it out sounds like some BS to this mother.

I do apologize the apartment was leased before you were able to view the apartment, however the application and fees are the only way to hold an apartment home for you and secure the unit from anybody else leasing it. I have been here two years and I must say this is an awesome place to call home. The Staff from the Office Workers to the Maintenance Men are the best in the world. It is quite and most of all it is clean. I plan on being here for a while
I’ve lived in Lafayette for 4 years now, a different apartment each year 🥴 I’ve been living here since October & I honestly have nothing negative to say! All of the staff members are amazing! They’re super friendly & attentive!! The amenities are great as well! I feel so safe at my apartment complex & I’m happy to call it home!!
i have been living here at the Ranch since February. i can say it is so comforting to live at such a beautiful place. thanks to all of those in the office for being so kind and helpful. Also, my little dog Josie loves being here.
City Height Apartments doesn’t feel like your living in an apartment. Quite neighbors, lots of tress for shade, and multiple floor plans to suit your style! I would recommend this place for your next home.
We have been leaving here a month! Every question or problem we have had has been answered or repaired in a timely manner! The office staff is great and the maintenance guys are so kind when you see them on the property! So far our experience has been great! Hope more happiness is to come!!!
