Disappointing Experience with City Heights Asset Management! I had a very disappointing experience with City Heights Asset Management, particularly with President Susan Partrich. I reached out to her with serious concerns about the condition of Northwoods Apartments, especially regarding significant ceiling damages & early termination fee waiver. Company manages the unit I live in. They do not respond to work order requests . They brush issues off rent increase’s annually but the staff and apartment quality gets worse. I called and asked for the number to corporate at the worker at the Northwoods location in Pensacola hung up in my face.
City Heights Asset Management is a wonderful company to work for! There is always a new tool to ensure everyone feels confident in their particular skill/position. Leadership is actively involved, and open to ideas. We are reminded often that "Attitude is Everything". That is how I live my life! It's great to have the opportunity to not only be myself, but also get paid to use my property management skills to be a Better version of myself. I have learned alot, and gained a work family as well!!
