This place advertises for 750 a month and then charges outrageous fees and you end up paying $829 a month for a tiny enie weenie studio! Whoever owns this place is not keeping up and I cannot recommend it to anybody!
Management is not responsive to our needs or repairs, not listen to concerns about crime and environmental hazards in the property.
I’ve never had experience with an apartment complex that was very bad with communication, never kept up with tenant/ applicants and no flexibility. I’ve applied for an apartment 22 days ago and throughout the last 22 days they have told me that “ manager will call you back or as soon as possible” and never did. I seriously regret applying for them. They told me that I was declined due to A problem at the third week instead of sooner and now I might ending up not having a home due their late response. Alysia & Cierra are AMAZING!! They’re very friendly and very nice and will LITERALLY go above & beyond for u and to make sure that your experience here at metro is the best it possibly can be. No matter how busy they are or how small you think your questions are they will do there best to answer and help you. They understand that this is our home and treat you like happy neighbors I love my experience here at metro!
Management has really stepped it up since I moved in here 3 years ago. I couldn't get management to do anything when I moved in here the first year. A basically laughed at me when I asked them to take care of maintenance issues etc. Alicia and Angela are very good at what they do keeping their residents happy I am so glad that you management came to take over Metro one first.
