I got a tour of this place. They showed me their top-tier apartment, telling me that every unit looked that way, including the second floor. Months later, when I was trying to move in, they gave me a completely different apartment. I wanted what I was initially promised; they said they would have an upgraded version ready for me in two weeks. Really disappointed to see that tenants here are allowed to have units full of cat pee and poop and neglecting animals.
This review is for the Maintenance Supervisor here at Metro on First. The first year I was here there was another Maintenance Supervisor who wasn't very good. Since Norman got here things have gotten better and better. He is part of the reason I renewed my lease recently. He doesn't BS people and does an outstanding job getting problems solved. He has made a real difference here.

Great place to live. Classy considering I chose a studio. Well maintained and friendly staff. Amenities galore. Don't hesitate to check out this nice place.
