Awful SCAM. Came out for the first time and didn’t diagnose the problem. Said there was a leak but he did not care. He charged my husband and I 1200$ for free on and 200$ to clean the unit. A week goes by and it breaks again. He comes back and still does not fix the issue he just filled the free on up. Central heat and air replacement is expensive! Be knowledgeable. Just because someone can install a central heat and air conditioner does NOT mean they understand the science of hot and cold air, even though it’s simple. This company made a big mistake installing my two units that I had to catch. One of the installers noted to me that a bigger HVAC unit should be downstairs because of the stove: wrong.
