Adam and City Heating and Air is a reliable and extremely trustworthy Heating and Air company in Charlotte. I have been using City Heating and Air since I moved to Charlotte in 2005. Adam has done both small and large jobs for my family and has executed well. He always educates us well as we consider whether to repair or replace parts so that we understand the trade offs. My family is extremely thankful for Adam and know that when we do have maintenance or repairs that we are in good hands!

Awful SCAM. Came out for the first time and didn’t diagnose the problem. Said there was a leak but he did not care. He charged my husband and I 1200$ for free on and 200$ to clean the unit. A week goes by and it breaks again. He comes back and still does not fix the issue he just filled the free on up. Then he comes for a third time today to fix a leak he could’ve fixed the first time I watched him and helped him and tried to charge me another 2000$ when he could’ve just fixed it the first time instead of being lazy and tryi... read more

Adam is the best in the business! He was incredibly knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly. He let us know all of our options and ensured we had the information. He helped us try the least expensive option first. Would highly recommend!
