My property manager, Mihaela, has been very pleasant and easy to work with. Always replies fast and tries to mediate any situations.
I owned a condo in Evanston that was managed by City Habitat. Their service was always competent and timely. When I recently sold it, Mihaela was quick to respond to any request for documents, and actually was the one who put me in touch with another condo owner that allowed us to do the deal without a real estate agent.
