I lived in a building in Chicago managed by CH for 3 years and throughout chaos and life, they rose to the occasion to help in any way they could. Whether it be maintenance, building requests or anything in between I was always able to get the help I needed. When life threw some chaos my way, CH understood and worked with me as I navigated that chaos. Would definitely live in a CH managed property again.
Seeing their responses to these reviews is what made me change my mind about renting from CH. Zero accountability, too many excuses, and unprofessional. Pass.
