(Winchester Apts) Mihaela Onis is hands down one of the best Property Managers I've had, and I've rented all over the US. She is communicative, kind, and a helped me with every issue that arose. She helped me get my money back from the washing machine, maintenance issues were fixed in a timely manner, and she helped me get access to the breaker.
