Do not get a tan by Kaylynn. I am so orange and my hands are awful and I have many splotchy areas where some of the tan is so dark on my skin. I even said to her before I left “ are you sure this ain’t going to be splotchy all over the hands and wrists” (where it felt super heavy duty) and she was like ewww no it def won’t and I felt in the moment the tan was getting done that it wouldn’t be good and I was unfortunately right. City Glow is a special place. I am 33 and have been dealing with acne since my teenage years. I have spend hundreds of dollars on facials and products over the years, nothing seemed to work. Kaylynn is amazing at what she does. She’s given me a few facials now and I feel like she’s the only person who has ever successfully got rid of any congestion on my face without inflaming my skin. Her lymphatic drainage technique is super effective and also so relaxing. I really look forward to seeing her, she’s so sweet and kind and knowledgeable and truly takes pride in what she does. Would highly recommend!

I was immediately disappointed upon arrival when I was told the pre- and post- tan treatments that were available to include with the appointment when I booked were actually not available. I would have cancelled if this had been made clear in advance but since I was already there I went ahead with the rapid tan.
