Great people and great customer service Great customer service - always friendly. I love the showroom with shower doors, glass railings, vinyl windows and I think they even had a doggie door there. The showroom isn't large, but there is so much to see. They have the latest in glass! I'll shop there again.
I use City Glass for all my glass needs I'm not sure about the review that is posted on here, but I have had nothing be wonderful customer service from City Glass. I've used their company several times and have always been impressed with their excellent outside installers and friendly customer service in the office. Prices are very reasonable and I have, on number of occasions, recommended them to friends and family. Overall, I am impressed with this company and will continue to use them in the future.
Horrible Customer Service This is the worst customer service I have ever received, not only from the staff but from the wife of the owner and also the owner himself. I ordered two windows on Monday was told they would be ready on Wednesday, I paid in full. Then on Wednesday was told my windows would not be there until Friday and not to call they would call me.
