City Glass & Upholstery City Glass & Upholstery replaces my windshield and it was done in record time. Fantastic job. Had a small leak and they had no problem making sure that it was no longer leaking and a sincere apology. These guy's are top of the line in my book.
I went there because the dealership takes pride in quality so I though these people gotta be good and they recommended me to go to them. I have an Infiniti g35. And the left panel of the driver seat was a bit broke and worn off. I have interior leather. Talked to Oliver and he knew what was needed. And he talked to Murf who was the one that did the job. We had less than good service from Kurt at City Glass. His communication skills were a zero! We will never recommend this business.
Great Selection of Shower Doors – City Glass & Upholstery has a small, but very nice showroom overlooking downtown Tacoma. They have glass railings, vinyl windows, doggie doors, shower doors and more. They even have a couple of showers you can walk into. I bought my glass railings and my storm/screen door there. I'll be getting my shower door there, next. Great people to work with. Excellent customer service. Ask for Kurt!
Great people and great customer service Great customer service - always friendly. I love the showroom with shower doors, glass railings, vinyl windows and I think they even had a doggie door there. The showroom isn't large, but there is so much to see. They have the latest in glass! I'll shop there again.
I use City Glass for all my glass needs I'm not sure about the review that is posted on here, but I have had nothing be wonderful customer service from City Glass. I've used their company several times and have always been impressed with their excellent outside installers and friendly customer service in the office. Prices are very reasonable and I have, on number of occasions, recommended them to friends and family. Overall, I am impressed with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Horrible Customer Service This is the worst customer service I have ever received, not only from the staff but from the wife of the owner and also the owner himself. I ordered two windows on Monday was told they would be ready on Wednesday, I paid in full. Then on Wednesday was told my windows would not be there until Friday and not to call they would call me.
